How do I get paid as a host?+
Payouts run weekly to your linked bank. First payout arrives 7 days after your first completed booking.
What's the cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 48h before. After that, the host's policy applies (flexible, moderate, or strict).
Am I insured?+
Yes — every booking includes $1M in liability coverage for both host and hopper through our underwriter.
Do I need a license?+
Hoppers must provide a valid cosmetology, barber, or related state license. Hosts verify pros automatically at booking.
