  • Theft of your personal tools (consider tool insurance)
  • Professional malpractice from prior or future work
  • Damage caused by intentional misconduct
  • Pre-existing damage to the space documented at check-in

Filing a claim

  1. Report the incident within 72 hours via your booking page or contact support.
  2. Upload photos, receipts, and a brief description of what happened.
  3. Our trust team reviews within 3 business days and assigns a claims specialist.
  4. Approved claims are paid within 14 days of full documentation.
