Filing a claim
- Report the incident within 72 hours via your booking page or contact support.
- Upload photos, receipts, and a brief description of what happened.
- Our trust team reviews within 3 business days and assigns a claims specialist.
- Approved claims are paid within 14 days of full documentation.
